Payout delicate stock to feed inclined dies, multi-slide or molding machines and minimize waste.

The optimal solution for those applications where it would be beneficial to payout material on an incline. The Rapid-Air stock reel tilt bracket accessory allows a gentle, smooth payout of delicate stock to be easily fed into inclined dies, multi-slide or molding machines.

Ruggedly constructed, the tilt bracket assembly may be used with powered or non-powered pedestal-type stock reels. The unit will accept Rapid-Air R13, R20, R30 or R40 series modular reels. Adjustment is easy. The system securely locks in any desired position from coil plate vertical to coil plate horizontal (a full 90 degrees of travel) so you can tilt the head into the ideal position for your specific production needs.

Using the Rapid-Air tilt bracket allows the operator to minimize spilling waste when loading or unloading material. Special height requirements can be quickly and economically met.

Note: Consult factory if powered reel is to be used in the horizontal position, as breather and fill must be relocated. Loop arm will not function in horizontal position.el RTA Rapid-Touch system operates the same as the Model RTB but it mounts directly to a Rapid Roll, straightener or reel. The Model RTA will save floor space if the loop length is about 2 to 4 times the length of the adjustable arm. Power requirements and interfacing are satisfied when the plug connection is made with the Rapid-Air unit.
