Low height non-powered reel and powered straightener. Right or left payout. Max. capacities 1,500-2,500 lbs.
The Rapid-Air 1000 Series single reel with straightener combines a quality non-powered reel with a superior Rapid-Air straightener in a compact unit that requires far less floor space than individual units. For capacities from 1,500-2,500 lbs., the combination machine models are shipped assembled. The straightener may be controlled by any Rapid-Air loop control.

RAPID-AIR 1000 SERIES POWERED REEL WITH STRAIGHTENER – LOW

Low height variable speed powered reel and powered straightener.
Right or left payout. Max. capacities 4,000-6,000 lbs.


These combined units provide a powered reel and powered straightener for capacities from 4,000 to 6,000 lbs.
This allows the straightener to dedicate its power strictly to straightening. A lo-loop dancer arm controls the reel
and provides a free loop to the straightener. Proportional control provides a smooth flow to the feed and press.
