Clearance

Only 2 1/2" of clearance is needed between the die and bolster for installation.

Low Profile

Once installed under the die, there is only 3/8" from the bolster to the top of the belt.

Woven Polyester Belt and Flared Side Trays

A rugged, woven polyester PVC belt rides on a strip of polyethylene to reduce friction. The belt is connected with stainless steel lacing and pin, and can be changed in less than five minutes. It can also be reversed to extend belt life.

Belt edges are covered by flared sides of the tray preventing scrap from working under the belt. The flared edges also assist in guiding material onto the belt.

Inverted Drive

The optional Inverted Drive may be required in applications where space limitations are present and where there is a need to drive the belt toward the conveyor motor end. This configuration may be arranged to move material toward or away from the motor.

Please specify before ordering.

Right Angle Drive

Like the Inverted Drive option, the Right Angle Drive configuration may also be required in applications where space limitations are present, and where there is a need to drive the belt toward the conveyor drive end.

This configuration may also be arranged to move material away from the motor.

Please specify before ordering.

Extended Top Drive

The optional Extended Top Drive may be required in applications where space limitations are present and where there is a need to drive the belt toward the conveyor motor end.

This configuration may be arranged to move material toward the motor with or without a flush mount tension end or away from the motor.

Please specify before ordering.

Stopped Belt Sensor

The optional Stopped Belt Sensor connects to the press control's die protection circuit. The sensor is designed to stop the press in an event that the belt is stopped.

Optional Wiper

The optional Wiper is self-adjusting and may be required in applications where there is a possibility of small slugs adhering to the belt. The wiper greatly reduces the chance of small slugs entering between the belt and tray and causing additional problems.

This option is available for both the tension end and drive end of the conveyor.

Flush Mount Tension End

The OPTIONAL Flush Mount Tension End may be required in applications that do not allow the conveyor to be inserted completely through the die. It is also well suited for removing parts and scrap off the end of dies. This option requires the use of either an inverted or right angle drive (belt travel towards drive end). These drive configurations include the self-adjusting wiper. Please note that the overall height of Flush Mount Tension End is reduced to 2".
