This is particularly evident in the specialized equipment that we use to produce our products, and even more so in the quality of the highly experienced engineers and toolmakers that we employ.

Like all Wilson Tool products, our special tooling is produced from high quality proprietary grade tool steels that feature custom elements designed to enhance tool life and performance. The use of sophisticated manufacturing systems, custom software developed by our in-house programming staff, and CAD/CAM enable us to offer lead times that are unparalleled in the industry.

We thoroughly inspect each special tool that we produce. We also include a sample that was produced during the testing process with each special tool that is shipped. Upon completion of the testing process, we store all data pertaining to each special tool in our computer system for safe, confidential storage and easy retrieval at a later date.
