ID-Stamp™

Recently Wilson Tool International® introduced the ID-Stamp™ Part Marking System. Taking advantage of auto-index station technology, ID-Stamp™ eliminates secondary part marking operations by allowing you to mark parts while they are still on the turret punch press. And unlike competing systems, the standard characters used in the ID-Stamp™ Part Marking System means costly replacement characters are now a thing of the past.

The ID-Stamp™ Part Marking System's simplified design functions in many ways like a traditional typewriter. The trapezoidal punch is held stationary by the upper turret allowing the punch to strike another character every time the guide turns. Your computer program controls the movements to produce the part marking that you want.

Features and benefits of the ID-Stamp™ Part Marking System include:

• Characters can be easily changed or replaced in the stripper plate - No need to purchase additional tools!
• 1/2" (A) and 1-1/4" (B) stations are freed up for use with other tools
• 1-1/4" (B) station tools have 12 mini-stations for characters and can be used in a 3-1/2" (D) to 1-1/4" (B) station adapter
• 3-1/2" (D) station tools have 40 mini-stations for characters allowing you to use every number, letter, and punctuation mark
• Replaceable stripper plates
• Uses standard 1/8" Gothic-Normal characters
• Standard chisel point angle is 60† x 0.30" (0.76mm) deep
• Maximum material thickness is .125" (3.2mm)
• Adjustment range is from 0 to .125" (0-3.2mm) thick material
• Customized tools can adjust for .125" to .250" (3.2-6.4mm) thick material
• WLS® or ABS ready to provide lubrication to the tool and turret bore
• 1-1/4" (B) station units are available with optional EZ-Set™ punch head
