Synchromaster (ERMS) Press Brake

This new generation CNC pressbrake combines the precision of electro-hydraulic depth control (Synchro System – Y1-Y2 axis) and the userfriendly 3-axes control ATS 560. The machine has as standard a fast DC driven backgauge (X- axis). The possibility of combining different toolsystems, anti deflection systems and other accessories makes it possible to personalise the machine up to your specific needs.

Manual Anti Deflection Table

The angular variations can be compensated by the manual ANTI DEFLECTION TABLE, fitted onto he lower beam. A system of wedges give the table the desired crown, which during bending results in a constant angular profile over the full workinglength of the machine. The anti deflection table is available for HACO tooling, System-tooling and Single V-tooling. On machines 5-6m, 3000 kN / 3-4m, 4000 kN, the optional Anti Deflection Table is hydraulic driven and CNC controlled.

Photo-Electric Hand Safety Light Guard

For optimal hand-safety protection, we offer a system with 3 laser beams positionned just under the uppertool, which they follow. When interrupting one of these beams, the pressbrake stops immediately.

Frontstop

support arm to be positionned in front of the table. Length 750 or 1000 mm. Including 1 tilting stop.

Two-hand control, additional safety fences and light curtains (some are standard for countries requiring the CE safety specifications)
