DX/EV - High Speed Performance
Designed primarily for high speed applications, the computer-controlled DX/EV offers continuous
speed and accuracy up to 800 strokes-per-minute.
Material is fed through rolls made of hardened steel with permanently sealed and lubricated bearings. This reduces maintenance problems caused by dust and dirt contamination.
The resolver-based, AC brushless servo motor is mounted to the underside of the feed making it compact and easy to mount to the front, back or either side of a press. |

Standard Pilot Release
The Model DX/EV comes standard with pneumatic, high speed pilot release system precisely controlled by a patented central cylinder. Pressure is controlled by a single regulator for both clamping and pilot release. |

Pre-Programmed For Quick Set Up
Completely computer-controlled, the DX/EV is pre-programmed to walk the operator through a simple two step start-up process:
1. feed length
2. speed rate
The feed then automatically sets itself up for production. Acceleration
and deceleration curves are pre-programmed for optimum speed and operator ease. |
